Sims free play won't load
My sims free play won't load. It was fine until yesterday but since then it gets as far as the sims logo then doesn't go any further

Same happen too me more than once , I put allot of money in this game , I'm going too sue , because half of what I put into it , I never got back , it seems like ever time I get too a certain level the game does not won't too load anymore.
