Sims free play won't load
My sims free play won't load. It was fine until yesterday but since then it gets as far as the sims logo then doesn't go any further

Has been happening to me the last couple of days since the recent update, I have deleted and redownloaded multiple times but it lags and gets stuck on the loading page of the app. Now it just won’t open it keeps closing..
