Sims freeplay app wont open

My app wont open! I already updated it a few days ago. About an hour ago i tried opening it on my android and my phone says theres a bug and developer has to fix it. Im so mad right now. I just paid $20 for coins so i can plat the tall treehouse mission and im on day 3 or so and now cant play to complete my goals on time. The chase challenge is about to finish to win the museum and if i cant open this app right now, im going to lose it! Its the last challenge and im almost done with it! I have already restarted my phone multiple times, cleared cache and nothing is working!!! Help!!!!!! I have a picture of what my phone says but the attachments wont allow me to upload the picture. It says.....

Something went wrong with sims freeplay. Sims freeplay closed because this app has a bug. Try updating the app after the developer provides a fix for this error. This game has screwed me over for the last time. If i lose all my challenges, i will delete it and never ever spend another penny on it ever again! Im missing awards as well and also have pics of those! This game is really good at taking peoples money but very horrible after every single update. Ive had it where it asks for 9 or 18 sims to work on 1 challenge then after completing it says you still need 1 more sim to complete the same hours long missions. And i triple check and even have taken pics, i even have extra sims working the challenges when its allowed because they cheat so much. After updates ive had problems where for ex. The chase challenge plays completely by itself before i even start and it will say challenger completed the entire chase without me having a chance to play, the collecting challenges are another problem where it will give me 3 days to collect everything i need for all challenges. This game is extremely scammy!!!!

I posted in the wrong forum but my app wont open. I get a pop up message on my phone saying the app wont open because theres a bug. Try updating once the developer updates the app.

Im almost done with my final chase challenge about to earn the museum! I updated it several days ago and every time theres an update, theres a huge problem with all the challenges! It will give me 3 days to collect items in the collecting challenge, this time i didnt even receive all my items, usually i never get to complete this challenge because of app issues. I have complained many many times about all the problems and what they give me as payback is nowhere near what the items in the challenges are worth. Right now im working on tall treehouse. Paid $20 for simoleans just to be able to play it and now my challenge completion is going to be completely ruined because of whatever bug the app has. Im also about to complete the chase challenge to obtain the museum house and im about to lose because I CANT OPEN THE APP!!!! I used to pay $100's a month on this game and the more i got scammed by the game and the more i reported problems, the less i spent money on it. I quit spending money on it for months until a few days ago i thought id try it and see. That was a big mistake!

I dont know how you people are gonna fix this problem but if i lose all the challenges and lose the museum, i am done with this game and i will let the world know it. In fact, i will make a youtube video posting all the pictures and complaints i have had! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
