Sims Freeplay: Cannot add a new baby after senior sim dies

4 of my senior sims have died. I have tried to add a baby to my town (in a married couple's home in the crib). I tried woohooing. It says something like "this place is too crowded, try moving a sim out or unlock with LPs."  I dont have 100 LPs for that and I dont think it would work even if I did.  I tried deleting extra sims by moving them out. Still says its too crowded eventhoutg I have not reached my sim limit.  It only let me add adult sims the old way by moving them into town. It is getting hard because it does not give me enoug time to fullfill life dreams if I have to start thier lives at adult and one of my weekly goals is play hide and seek but I dont  have any toddlers! Please help!
