Sims Freeplay-can't complete quest!

I have been stuck on the 'Dance To Remember' quest ever since it started. I was able to start completing the tasks, traveled to the Villa, etc. Somehow the task 'explore villa' was skipped (not by me), and went straight to the following task 'eat hors'devours. My sims cant get into the villa and are stuck outside! It doesn't give me the option to skip the task with LP, so I cant move on. I have tried going back to the park, then travelling back to the Villa, but no luck. Any suggestions?? does this need to be reset or something? Love this game but this is frustrating!

    have either one of you contacted support? You can use the link I posted in one of my earlier posts on this thread or you can tap on the question mark selection in the game menu and fill out the form.

    There is no way to skip it, wish they would let us do it with LP points. A lot of quest I can't do because of it. I have tried everything and nothin works.

    yes contacted support done everything they suggested and nothing worked....they said an upgrade would fix and had more than 1 and nothing.....wish they would just let us skip missing out on doing quests because I haven't gotten this 1 done yet
