My game is stuck in Plumberg
All I can do is arrange transport to Plumberg but it doesn't move on from there. Very frustrated!

Can you please be more clear?
You can arrange transport to Plumberg ...
but
- the sim do not go there? - open Simtracker, select Carole, far left, then whistle over sim
- the Sim goes there but can not leave? open simtracker and select home or go to the park and whistle over the sim
For me, I have finished the Christmas Quest and got the house, which is under construction, but Alex is still listed in my Sims, and I can go to and from Plumberg but cannot interact with Alex. All other characters but Alex are gone. I am a bit worried that finishing Plumberg on my map will mess up my game somehow.
