Today I bought childrens clothes in the online store of sims freeplay (package of bright colored clothes and shoes) for about 150 lps. It said they would be available in any wardrobe but they are nowhere..
please specify if the clothing were for toddlers, pree-teens or teens
they cannot use each others clothing or shoes
Do you have a toddler, pree-teen or teen who can wear the clothing?
they will not show if an adult searches the wardrobe, or a sim of the wrong age
Do you have the Costume and swim shop?

It was for preteens and yes I do have a preteen who could wear it. When I bought it it said it would show up in any wardrobe - so not necessary to go to any shop in my understanding.
Yes I do have the costumes Shop - what it the swim shop, I only know about the swim center!?
I would love do describe the clothing better or even send a screenshot, but once you buy things in the online Shop they disappear there 🙈
have your pre-teen use a wardrobe, it should be there
the shop by the restaurant is called 'the costume and swim shop" but most just refer to it as the costume shop, it is not two different shops
the clothing isn't there either?
if you cannot find it in the wardrobe, using a pre-teen, nor at the costume shop
contact support
or try to cancel the purchase from apple, google or amazon - whichever store you used
