Sims freeplay feeding the ducks
How do I feed the ducks to complete the weekly quest?

Send your,sim to the park. Tap on the ducks.
Open the park, open sim tracker, tap on whistle next to your sims picture. This was all part of the tutorial when you startrd the game.
