I was told to report a bug on here. My game has been freezing on the load screen for going on two months. I have contacted Firemonkeys many times but received zero actual help. So I contacted EA and also did a live chat. There is still not a fix for this problem.
This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case we can not do much for you

There are several threads about lagging and freezing since Live Laugh Loft update 18th of April 2023
Berry Blvd release messed up some programming and Firemonkeys are still investigating what went wrong and how to fix it without messing up the new content (like the super yacht, Berry Blvd etc)
If you are using a VPN turn it off and it should help
Most with severe issues either uses a VPN or run very exploited/hacked games

I encountered this situation 2-3 times. I'm on duty the Pregnancy event final phase. I entered the game but it froze the loading screen, the second time i entered the game it still froze, the third time i entered the game i didn't freeze again. However, all my sims doing are completely canceled.
