I am unable to save my game or access the prize boat because it won't let me log into Facebook.

I did everything suggested above and still having problem with facebook login

Scroll to the bottom of the settings options and choose "remove app" to de-authorize the application from connecting to your Facebook account This will have disconnected your Facebook account from the game. Now: 1. Force close all apps running on your device, including the game2. Turn your device off, then turn it on again after a few seconds 3. Open the game again and go to your Account Manager from the options menu 4. Log in to your Facebook account (you will need to approve permissions for the game application again) This should reconnect your Facebook account to the game again and log it in properly. 4. Check your firewall settings Some firewall settings may prevent your device from being able to correctly access social features, particularly if you have social sites blocked. I cannot log in or out of my facebook account in Sims FreePlay and cannot access the party boat. I did as suggested here - disconnected the app from inside Facebook and restarted my device, but I still cannot either log in or log out of Facebook from inside the app. I don’t have a Game Center log in, but it won’t let me add one either

I am logged into Game Center and don't have a Facebook account and never have problems with saving the game, uploading or downloading, or visiting neighbor's. For people with apple products I would suggest logging out of Facebook and using Game Center.

I have Sims Freeplay on my iPad and iPhone 6. I'm having issues downloading updated data to my iPhone. When I go to log on to Facebook I get an error message "there's a problem logging in". My phone is logged on to FB. I've done what was suggested here. Any help is appreciated.

Okay, but in real life, EA just needs to fix this dumb nonsense a year ago.

Okay. I spent hours today trying to get this to work. I tried this a few times. I downloaded chrome on my Ipad thinking surely it couldn't make it work any better. It did. I was able to log in with facebook afterwards. Thank you!
