Sims FreePlay recent update blacked out my sims faces

After updating my game this morning, several of my sims faces were blacked out. Their heads are completely black, but the rest of the body remains unchanged. I restarted the game twice and even tried to change my sims clothes in a wardrobe, nothing is working.
