You have to back your game up on the cloud then uninstall and reinstall the game. Then download your game from the cloud. Then you should be able to access the party boat again. It will work for a little while but then you’ll have to reupdate your game on the cloud again, uninstall and reinstall your game again and download your game from the cloud again. I have to do this at least once every 2 days.
Yes mine not working and I’m getting frustrated
