We can't simply accept being locked out of a game we all have spent SO MUCH TIME playing! This equates to ACTUAL DAYS of our lives we will never get back and we all know we wouldn't have invested the time had we known that one day, all of a sudden, we would be unfairly locked out of the game completely! I know that if this problem was on a different platform (iPhone) and not the minority platform (Windows Mobile) this problem would probably have already been fixed! This is platform discrimination I tell you and it just isn't right!! All users should have equal access as long as they are using a supported platform...meaning that EA developers should stay on top of fixing bugs found in all platforms, not just the ones that get mainstream use!! Let's assemble together and file some complaints...squeaky wheel gets the grease right!?! I am tired of not being able to play!! SIMS FREEPLAY FOR ALL!!!
I'm sure someone at fire monkeys could answer this question relatively quick, but no response. Very Poor Support. If nothing is addressed very soon then we all have the right to get a refund for what we have spent to date on the game.
Even my daughter had a similar issue with the game on her iPad and was devastated to find out she lost her progress. Again tried to get support and no responses.
EA lets give some people support.
