Sims FreePlay

Good evening,  I’m having trouble with  collecting shards at the mall site this is the second r third time I’m not able to dig at the mall, which stop the progress of the game without buying points. What should I do ?

    Yesterday there was a hot fix update in the App Stores that has fixed the mall and other issues.
