Sims Glitch

Hi, I’m having a persistent issue in The Sims FreePlay. My Sim completed the pregnancy event and is at full term, but the game won’t let me give birth. The pregnancy icon has disappeared, and the crib only gives me the option to start a new pregnancy. I’ve restarted the app multiple times, offloaded it, and even evicted two Sims.

The real issue is that I can’t level up because I’m stuck at 13/14 Sims. In order to level up, I need to add a Sim, but when I try, the game says I’ve reached my population limit—even though I’ve cleared space. It’s acting like the unborn baby is taking up the last Sim slot, but I can’t give birth or progress.

I’ve done everything I can think of, and I’m totally stuck. Please help me resolve this bug so I can continue playing!
