sims party boat unable to connect to google play

Hello @tricka1799,

Please try logging out of Google Play on The Sims FreePlay and then log back in. If you have Facebook linked, please also try logging out of that and back in. Toggling these can help refresh the connection when trying to access the Party Boat.

I've tried that and it didn't work. Please can you list all the reasons why it might not work and/or list ways I can fix, I would really appreciate it as I'm not at all tech savvy.😕

I see this on my screen when i'm trying to connect to the party boat.
I'm using latest version and i have Lenovo tab 4 10.

I have a same problem here. I did all your instruction to them and still didn't work. I check my facebook app setting and the sims freeplay already authorized. Please Idk what should I do now ☹️
