Simschase challenge- not getting rewards

I completed the sims chase challenge and went into the wardrobe to put on some of the new clothing/hair I should’ve won but I saw that the prize clothes and hair hadn’t been added to my wardrobe. I got the furniture prizes but none of the wardrobe prizes which is what I really wanted. I’m frustrated because I spent the last of my LP’s to win the challenge.
