SimsFreeplay bug

I’m level 29 on SimsFreeplay and can’t proceed to the next level as it’s saying I haven’t completed The Money Grows on Trees quest, but I have and the online support are hopeless! Please help

  • This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case we can not do much for you

    We have no right to go into your game and look at it or change it, only support have that right as per the Terms of Service agreement we've all signed off on

  • I have contacted online support and they did nothing but direct me to here

    We can not help you here and support knows that

    They want you to post here so others will know that they are not alone

    as that might be some sort of comfort

    I have seen many variants of your issue here, so I can certailnly tell you that you are not the only one having this issue

    Go back to the real support - people who get payed to help (unlike player volounteers) and demand they'll do their job

    AHQ would love to be able to help but in this case we can not do much, we lack the tools and authority

    The official Discord van also be used to contact SimGurus an EA employees

    Hi. Did you ever find a resolution for this? I have had this issue for a year and I am stuck at level 34. I have contacted support multiple times but they haven’t been able to fix it! - Thank you
