Snow Problem Quest Grouch Issue

Same thing here.  I've tried using different Sims, different devices, everything.  I had gotten past this last time I did the quest.  Any chance this can be fixed before the time runs out?

I'm experiencing the same issue with none of my sims communicating with the Grouch. Plus I was past this part when the Snow Problem Quest first came out. I just hope this issue gets solved before time is up.

The same thing with me! it is extremely frustrating because i really want the snow chalet and no one from the fire monkeys team is responding to my emails. 

I am sure y'all have tried different sims but just to be clear, it needs to be an adult sim

According to "The Girl Who Games" blog this was a glitch and should be fixed by now. To get the update for this restart your game app. If you stlll have problems you will need to contact Fire Monkeys.
