Hi! So I have a Apple iPad and at the moment i’m trying to complete the Snow Problem task, i’m up to “Go to the wacky weather source” challenge but whenever I try to go to the weather source on the Locomotive it won’t let me, it just has the 2 foot prints on top of my sim and i’m so confused of why I can’t complete it. I’ve got 5 days left and i’ve got 43% of it complete, can anyone help?

are you using an adult sim?
Have you tried positioning the sim close to the locomotive before starting the task?
If I remember correctly, I had to put my sim next to the locomotive before the blue footprints went away
Also, hard close (double click home and swipe off the application), restart device and start again, just like Martha said and if that doesnt work follow the link Martha gave and contact Firemonkeys - or contact them via the game the "..." button on the bottom of the screen, and "?"
As you may have learned if there is something blocking our Sims from being able to reach an object, they will get the two feet icon over their heads.Means they cannot walk to the item.
If you have not tried this yet. Call another sim to the location and try to send them. If the same happens? Try a third.
I am not sure where the locomotion is at this period... Is it in the Park? Or the by the Ice Queens Palace? Or the Snow Chalet?
Probably not the Park. I did notice at the Ice Queen that if her little helpers were running around, they would get in the way. You can usually get them to move by walking your Sim over to the Queens door or banquet table. They tend to hover.
If in the Chalet you should be able to exit out the back doors but if not you should be able to walk around from the front along the left side. Unless someone (thing) is in the path. Just try to lead them away...
If all else fails? Go to a home and call your Sim who is at the Locomotive home using the SimTracker. Then once they arrive use the SimTracker to travel to the character by the Locomotive again (you can find them on the SimTracker) Then call whistle for an Adult Sim once again using the SimTracker.
