Stuck in front of a wall

Hi, the problem is that in a mission an infant has to talk to wumples, and she is stuck in front of a wall so I can't talk to her. What should I do?

Im sorry is the first time I use this. Hahahah😂 In the game sims freeplay there's a character named wumples that's stuck in front of a wall and I'm in a mission called "in the clubhouse" in this mission I have to ask wunples something but she's stuck in front of a wall in the pool place. What can I do? Please help me!!!!

Try going to another house, open sim tracker, and call the infant to that house. Then go back to the infant's house and call him home. This should put your infant in the yard.

Thanks but the infant isn't stuck, there's a character from the game named wumples, is like a person dressed up as a bunny.
