stuck on download save data
I can't get past the download save data page. Every time I click it it just reloads to the same page. HELP I don't want to start over! I have tried rebooting my phone and the app. Both Facebook and Ga...

Here are a few suggestions:
1. Make sure your operating system is up to date
2. Close and restart your game
3. close out all other apps
4. make sure the storage on your device is not full.
5. try deleting and reinstalling sims FP.
6. Turn off automatic downloads in your utilities app.
7. It may also be your wifi so you can try going somewhere with public wifi to see if that helps.
8. If none of this works I would strongly suggest contacting support
