Purchase Mistake
Dear Support Team,
Yesterday, I purchased the Superlative SP Monthly Card, which was priced at 1,000 TL. However, when I checked my bank statement, I noticed that I was charged 1,000 TL twice within a 2-minute interval.
The second transaction is clearly a duplicate error. I only intended to purchase one monthly card.
Could you please review my transaction history and initiate a refund for the accidental second charge? I have attached the bank receipt/screenshot of the transactions for your reference.
