Sims Freeplay - I can't build the swimming center (am level 15 with 10 ppl living in my town) because it says "must complete all going swimmingly quest first." but doesn't that mean I have to build th...

    Hi @nykrgirl128,

    In order to progress through the game you need to finish the previous Quests and Goals. In this case A quest for Toddlers.
