If your Player ID is "1", please ensure that you have connected your game to the Cloud Servers by logging in to a Social Media account.

I am having the same issue too. When I try to message you it says I'm denied access even though I'm logged in?
to use the DMs you need to make a post or a reply

Edit: I removed your ID since it is sensitive information
I would do the same if it was your credit card number or full adress

You must have made a post or reply to access the DMs
You have done that now ✔️
If you can not understand reply #20 in this thread, perhaps this will help
You can do it two ways
Either click/Tap on the name > Envelope at their profile
or if you’re on a computer
Hoover over the name and go to ”send Message”
Pursue other quests once you level up
New houses will be unlocked in new properties
Build new properties and you'll see a quest pop up in mirror

I have the same problem with this quest. My player id is {EDIT}
{EDIT} Player ID was edited out by minicha-em
PID,(Player ID) is considered personal information such as your phone number and should therefor NOT be posted on a world wide open form for every nut, maniac, thief or stalker to see
Cath asked for a DM for this reason - to protect you personal information
Please DM a Community Manager (CM), like EA_Cath, if you want to submit personal information, do not DM me (I'm just a Hero, not employed by EA)
