On the island, the villa home is not loading (didn't even realize there was supposed to be something there until Mirror task) so I am unable to complete that task to progress the quest forward. No option to skip that task either. How do I go about getting the villa to show up?? I've already uninstalled & reinstalled the game.

I am having this issues aswell I have no villa showing so I am stuck on the mirror challenge can you help please?
I just sent you an email . I'm having this same issue and I can't progress in the game without the villa . I also just spent money for LP right before this and I don't want to start all over .
I’m sorry I don’t understand what having our ids does to help? A lot of ppl are having this issue. My sister and I, everyone here and on other sites, for all of us to pm you specifically with all our names is a lot of messages. It’s a game thing thing not a Gamer ID thing. Not counting we all are using different devices to play on.
