Task/quest completion - return to the Fantasias?

1. How do I get back to the Fantasias' house to finish the dance quest? I finished the chatting task, but not at their house.

2. How do I finish the stargazing or cloud watching task? Have not seen anyone with a telescope yet!

    To get back to the house there is a car at the park you use and four the telescope you either have to buy it from the promotions are us store or it Will be in the park

    I can't find any neighbors who have telescopes...any help for that? 😕
