Teen idol mansion disappears

Teen Idol Mansion has disappeared once I completed level 3 on the sign. I had used LP to complete it, and then once it didn't appear I had my Teen idol complete the hobby and it has made no difference. I can't find the mansion anywhere! And I even demolish a home to make room for it! Please help!
