I’m having the exact same issue! I had just built simtown express and had the notification to begin the quest. As soon as I selected a sim the app crashed. I tried loading it a few times and nothing worked, so turned my iPad off a couple of times before I resorted to deleting and reinstalling the app. The app physically would not load so I had absolutely no way of checking my save data or even checking my player id. I knew that I was 100% signed in on both Facebook and game store so I should be ok but according to the app there is no data to retrieve. I’ve also been playing for years but took a break recently - I think I was somewhere around level 48 and had spent about a million simoleons building the sim town express so I don’t even want to think about starting over!

Its telling me that I don’t have saved data and I have pretty much tried everything by logging out, downloading, removing and it still won’t come back. 

Ok so I played Sims FreePlay in the beginning and would leave for a while sometimes but come back again later.

Something different happened this time. I tried restarting the game but with the way it is now it feels impossible. 

I actually tried using my parents account (Wow this game is old.) and was briefly able to restore data to about six or so years ago.

But then thinking I could use it  on my own iPad I deleted the game. Have done so before and it’s been fine. Suddenly  I lost even that.

Also to add salt to the wound I had enough Facebook friends who played the game when it first came out that I was on the 2nd to last spot for neighbors. Now it’s only showing one.

I feel like my Facebook is what my game would’ve been linked to the most. But if I try to just use Facebook as the only linked account it still shows no save data.

I would like to know if anyone has any ideas. My next option is a full iCloud recovery but I don’t know if that would even work. Along with that I’d lose progress on other apps.

I am trying to submit a ticket because my cloud account is showing nothing there. I just saved to cloud 2 hours ago. Had to reset my ipad but when i go to upload from cloud, it says no data. Help help help!
