The new Monte Risco neighborhood has an error

Since the update arrived, I haven't been able to start the missions for the new neighborhood in Monte Risco. When I select the orange construction balloon, the blue house balloon is placed, and when I try to build something, it automatically kicks me out of the game. Also, to unlock the windmills, it tells me I have to complete the renovations to Rancho de Rosas.
