The sims fre play for iPad

Since the new update I can't get the sims free play to load  can you please fix the problem

    One of your post say it stopped at 249%, is it % or MB ?

      As soon as it gets to 249% it stopped at that no matter what I do I can't get it to load again

        I'm iPad user too,my problem solved when i'm using faster internet.
