In Google Play once both players have accepted the invite & are both playing the same game. you both will be added automatically to each others neighbor's. However, you will have to wait for you next gift to be available before it is added, it is not an instant thing.
@Sirhc2269 Hi so I have added u as my friend on the play games I've added a hand full of ppl but I still don't have anybody as my neighbors in the sims freeplay y is that I don't get it
