Adding baby glitch

Can this be fixed? I deleted a baby by accident and when I tried to add him back this happened

A sims is already being added to your town. You must wait for them to finish before adding another.

Bug!!
I can get into my game. But, if I go to my neighbor ship it brings nothing up. Also if I select my cloud option to save, my game freezes. I've never had this issue before and IDK how to make it work ...

Infant has its own home?
After completing the pregnancy event, my infant automatically spawned to its own house - not with the mother sim - also, the infant was able to move around until I put her in a crib. Weird.
