I can’t add any neighbors in The Sims FreePlay.
To get neighbors on the Party Boat you’d need a Facebook account and add players there as friends. Then log in with your FB account in the game and save to the cloud. The added friends should then show up automatically.
Make sure the app visibility in the FB settings “Apps & Websites” is set on “Friends” or “Public”.Same!!!
