The Sims Freeplay Adopt a Teen

Hi,

I purchased the Adopt a Teen Pack. However I am not able to adopt a teen. I cannot find the option when I use the phone. When I use the phone I have to pay (again) to Adopt a Teen (though I have already paid). Any assistance?

It may take a little time for your purchase to process. If you still don't receive your pack within 24 hours, try force closing all apps, including the Sims FreePlay and reboot your device to refresh it.

If this doesn't help, please upload your latest progress to the Cloud¹ and use the "Submit a Request" button in the menu bar at the top of this page and choose "Missing Purchase" to submit a ticket. A support representative will be with you as quickly as possible to assist you with your purchase query.

¹If you are not sure how to use the Cloud feature in the Sims FreePlay options menu (this game does NOT officially support Apples iCloud feature), please have a look at this topic for more information.

I paid for the adopt a teenager. However, it's been over a week and I still have received my teenager. The only teens I received are the 3 that I had my sims to bake a cake to receive! Who do I contact to receive my teenager?
