Update to iOS 16.4.1 ( a)
Try a different connection
Switch WIFI, try 5G or 4G etc
You did not specify which gen of Pro you are using or how much free space you have
Those things may factor in, if you are on a Gen1 or Gen2 of iPad Pro it is possible that you do not have enough free space
Delete pictures, videos, apps to free up space

Thx for ur reply. And im sorry to read it a bit late.
Is updating the o.s to 16 ver reaolve the problem?
My friend using 4G connection ofc. And already clearing some space (which i dont know how much left after clearing).
But i think my friend already contacted firemonkey for tech support but as he mentioned to me the workaround from firemonkey still wont resolve the problem.
So he assume that it must be from the game itself that need some fixing for specific type of device or o.s ... And he said that he will just wait the ea dev to release new update.

Have they tried something other than 4G?
Load it to a different device?
This update is very buggy
No new patch seems to be coming
Next update, as per schedule will be June 6-9 or something like that
I have no more information but support might
