[The Sims FreePlay] Downloading Sims Free Play App!

Hey I have recently been trying to download this appbut eveytime i go to install it it comes up telling me i dont have enough memory and when i go to check i have more than enough memory for it .. and I have no idea where i ment to ask for help hah , Anybody Know what i can do ?

    Are you downloading from the Apple Store? Or are you playing on Android? If you play on Android, which device are you using?
