[The Sims FreePlay] on 7 inch Android Tablet?

Any workarounds to get it running on an Android tablet with a 7-inch screen? It works fine on my ten-inch tablet and my phone, but it's not available for download on my brothers 7 inch tablet.

Trying to be clever and copying the data files and apk over to the tablet just has it up and quit out without actually loading anything.
