[The Sims FreePlay] pressed the buy by accident
Hi,I tried to call so many time but they don't answer the phone so I have no choice but to put my question online! Last night I was playing sims free play.i just downloaded it,after donwloading it I've watched some cheats,after knowing the cheats on sims free play I tried it and i pressed the buy by accident and they have charged me for $99.99 for a million dollars money from sims.the cheat didn't work for me because I didn't know that my account is still on.i usually sign out after downloading stuff.i don't wanna waste my money for just sims.i need help please,I'd rather buy a milk for my 1 year old daughter.i want my $112.00 back..please tell me I can still get my money back ..
If you have purchased a simoleons/LP/Specials pack by mistake and wish a refund, please check the following answer:
What device are you using to play? If you are using an iOS device, you should be able to "report a problem" in your purchase history for those purchases to attempt to receive a refund. However, if you are using an Android device, I do not believe that this feature is available, but you should be able to contact their customer support to inquire about refunds. Unfortunately we are not able to authorize refunds as the decision is made by the store.
