If you have purchased a simoleons/LP/Specials pack by mistake and wish a refund, please check the following answer:

What device are you using to play? 

If you are using an iOS device, you should be able to "report a problem" in your purchase history for those purchases to attempt to receive a refund. However, if you are using an Android device, I do not believe that this feature is available, but you should be able to contact their customer support to inquire about refunds. 

Unfortunately we are not able to authorize refunds as the decision is made by the store.
