The Sims Freeplay Quest

Hi! I own the Sims Freeplay app on my iPhone 5c and I am having some difficulty. I have recanted started the "Puppy Odyssey" quest and am 62% finished with it. I am at the point where I have to retur...

When I did this quest I also lost my puppy. The quest expired before Fire Monkey fixed it. About a week after is was fixed they gave me the pet clothes since I missed out. They did that for everyone who had this issue.

There is nothing you can do with this quest until they fix it.

    The supporter replied me and give me a link as you mentioned. However, when I followed the link to enter the information, it asked for a password after I added a email as the photo attached. Can you tell me which password that is for as I tried various password including email, Game Center, EA account, still not matched. Please instruct me so that I can proceed. Thanks.

    @bertillaho

    you need to request a new password from fire monkey, if you can't remember the one that you had. At the sign in web site just slect "forgot password"

    The firemonkeys account is not the same as EA account, right? If not the same, I need to create one first, am I right?
