Hello. I have created an EA account in order to tell you that I have encountered a problem. I am VIP IV, and have generously donated to you my money. I have recently brought the Fantasian Cleaning Mop expansion pack, expecting to actually get what it says that you would get upon buying this. The Fantasian Cleaning Mop. Instead, I require eighty eight thousand, eight hundred and eighty eight to "buy" it, when I'd assumed that I'd already brought it. Please inform future that the Fantasian Cleaning Mop is not included in what they expect to buy, or include it. Thank you in advance.
