Have you tried to move the bath? Maybe place it in the middle of the room so there's nothing around the bath, and try again? Just for testing purposes, you can move it back to its place later.

- Hi, I am having this problem too. I've tried what you suggested but it hasn't fixed anything. Its the same for all toddlers in all houses. They complete the action fine but the hygiene level doesn't change.

I have this problem currently.
I’m having a similar issue. I have 3 toddlers. I can’t remember if this one was stinky when aged up or what. Everywhere he goes, a green odor follows him. My hygiene meter shows full on green. No hygiene issue. Have clicked on changing station which says there are no diapers that need changed. Have given him a bath. Have even clicked on him to change his diaper. The green odor won’t disappear. Traits are fussy, early riser, and good appetite currently. Any assistance would be appreciated.
