Toddler Skin Glitch FreePlay

I am on the latest update of The Sims FreePlay and I aged up my female baby Sim a couple hours ago. When I aged it up, some glitch must have occurred as the skin is pure white and the eyes are the only visible facial features. Hair and clothes appear fine, but the skin just doesn't appear. Is there a way to fix this?

    Hi guys,

I took the liberty to merge your questions. Sorry to hear that you’re encountering texture issues.

The studio is investigating why this happening but in the meantime try saving your progress to the cloud before doing anything else in game. Once you’ve successfully uploaded your save, exit the game, uninstall it from your device and then reinstall The Sims FreePlay.

Once you start the game you can download your saved progress from the cloud and you can keep playing. That should help with the texture issue (and the sound issue…) If the issues persist after reinstalling the game, please contact Firemonkey so they can help further.

It seems there are a host of problems people are having with the latest game update (Tropical Island Romantic Getaway). I'm having my preteens and toddler show up a completely white. But even worse, every time I exit the game or turn off my phone, then come back to the game, the game's volume is cranked to max. When I click the physical volume buttons on my phone to adjust it, it goes back to normal. But it's disconcerting to have the game blare at you when you open it!
