Tophatter video broken

During my current marketplace event, I keep getting served the tophatter video. At the end of the video, it doesn't let you close it. It forces you to open the app stare to download their crappy app. Then they still don't let you close the video. You have to force quit the game. Then guess what. They make you watch the video again and repeat the endless loop. The only way around it is to dismiss the order, which makes you wait four and a half hours for a new order. And guess what happens in the meantime. You get served the same broken ad again and again in other orders. This completely sucks.
