Town is all black and my sims are all white.

When I updated to the new version on my Fire HD 10 my town was black with some houses and my sims were all white. I've tried uninstalling and creating a new town but nothing works.

Sims Freeplay is taking too long to open
The game has been working fine not until few days ago, it takes over 5 minutes or more than to load the game. I have enough space on my device, my Internet speed check is okay and I've cleared cache....
