Unable to Access Downtown - 5.24 Hospital Update (Sept. 2016)

Some players may offered a notification to build the Hospital before completing the SimTown Express Quest to access the map correctly. This may prevent you from being able to build anything, including the Train Station to access Downtown again.

  • Please upload your save to the Cloud and read the original article here so that we may assist you
  • Ensure you include your Player ID so that we can locate your save

Please note that uploading to the Cloud in itself will not fix the issue. Please kindly wait for us to fix your game and provide you with assistance.

    They are sure being lazy on fixing this one. It's their mistake, so they should fix it!

    I've submitted the ticket and a week later it still hasn't been fixed.

    I'm sill having this issue. Tried to open a ticket several times and it didn't work. They are taking forever to fix this!

    Hello! I have same problem as all, I built hospital before railway station. My cloudcell device ID is 226 423 131. Can you help me, please? Thank you! Michelle

    I have the same problem. I can't build the station because i build the hospital first. If i want to read the article i see:

    What should i do?
