Unable to advance in police career.

I am working on advancing my Sims in the police career. I have reached level 6 yet I can't build police car or advance in any way. Help, please?

If you are sure you have completed the building process of other buildings or venues by tapping on the pulsing circle, then you need to contact support. You can do this by tapping the question mark selection in the game menu.
