Unable to connect to server

My Sims Freeplay wont load past the startup screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times and restarted my phone. I have LTE internet i used, and i also tried wifi. Neither works. I have no background apps running, and im getting frustrated.
I have an iPhone 6 plus, if that makes a difference.

With a 6 plus it should work. Since some of these update get stuck using cell Internet and don't alway load properly and you've tried both cell and wifi. If you're using wifi at home then I would suggest public wifi such as McDonald's or Starbucks. If all else fails you can contact support through the game help tab.
