Can you do a Rerun of alot of the older events?

Hello, I recently started playing this game again. And I've been obssesed with mostly building and exploring everyone else' builds. 

And From there I realized I missed out on lots of good stuff, Some of the events I hope for re–run of the Summer vacation event, Family Farmhouse, Sims and Simsibility, That's Simoré, Summer Vacation (the school items would be very much appreciated for my teens.) Amd an older event from 4 years ago, the Joyous Japan event, I really love exploring different cultures with my sims.

 I don't have much hope for this, but I will still try. Thank you.
